History
Genealogy Grove was born out of one woman's passionate quest to uncover her ancestral roots. This journey led her not only to trace her family lineage but also to an acute awareness of the need for proper techniques and ethical standards in genealogical research.

About
Lisa Needler, founder of Genealogy Grove LLC, has been researching genealogy for a number of years. She started with her own family and quickly recognized a need for genealogical education. Lisa has a B.S. in General Education from Indiana University, and later completed a certificate in American Genealogy from the National Institute of Genealogical Studies. In 2021, she graduated from the Graduate Certificate program at the University of New Haven for Forensic Genetic Genealogy. Along with working towards becoming a Certified Genealogist with the Board For Certification of Genealogists, Lisa is a registered member of the Association of Professional Genealogists.
